Acceptable Use Policy
Our content rules and how to report a concern or appeal a decision.
Respect the rights and safety of others. Report content concerns to [email protected]. The site administrator reviews reports and account appeals. Generation, editing, and purchases are currently closed.
1. Scope and current access
This policy applies to BananaNano Art, including its published examples, account access, and planned image generation and editing tools. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information supplied in a report or appeal is handled.
The current studio is a preview. It does not submit public generation requests, and purchases are not available. These rules also describe the acceptable use required when generation becomes available.
2. Prohibited content and uses
Use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, or material that promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Use images to impersonate another person, commit fraud, or mislead people about material facts.
- Submit confidential or sensitive information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Bypass safety checks or request limits, abuse the service with automated traffic, or interfere with its security or operation.
You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and use any result. Requests must also respect Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
3. Report content
To report suspected illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content associated with BananaNano Art, email [email protected] with the subject Content report.
Include the page URL or available job identifier, a description of the concern, relevant context, and an email address for our response. For a rights complaint, explain your relationship to the material and provide information supporting the concern. Share only what is needed to identify and review the issue.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material; describe where it can be found instead. Reporting a private image does not make it public or give the reporter access to another user’s account.
4. How reports are reviewed and handled
The site administrator reviews reports against this policy, using the information provided and relevant records available to us. We may request limited additional information to identify the content, understand the concern, or verify an account-related request.
Depending on the findings, we may correct or remove content we publish, restrict an account, revoke its sessions, or suspend access to a feature. We may contact the affected user when appropriate and explain the applicable decision. Account restrictions remain in place until changed by the administrator.
We do not continuously review every private image or guarantee a fixed response time. An incomplete report may require clarification before we can act. We cannot remove material hosted by another service or change that service’s records.
5. Appeal a decision
If you believe an account restriction or content decision was made in error, email [email protected] with the subject Content appeal. Include the affected account or decision reference, your explanation, and any relevant context. Use the account’s email address where possible; do not send a sign-in code or password.
The administrator will review the available information and may uphold, change, or reverse the decision. We may ask for limited information to verify that an account request comes from its owner. An appeal does not automatically restore access. If a restriction is lifted, revoked sessions are not restored; sign in again.
6. Model safeguards and user review
Image generation and editing are currently disabled. When these features become available, requests will be subject to Google Gemini’s safety safeguards and prohibited-use rules. The provider may refuse a request. These safeguards do not guarantee that every harmful or inaccurate result will be detected.
Review outputs before publishing or using them. The pricing preview explains the planned Credit costs; a model refusal, technical failure, or missing image releases the reserved Credits when generation is enabled.
